The Playbarn is the perfect venue to hold the unforgettable party.  All types of family and group parties can be held at the Playbarn, from traditional birthday parties, Christenings, Family gatherings, Baby Namings, Corporate Events, Club events or just a friends get-together.  Hire the whole of the Playbarn privately or share the Playbarn and base your party in one of the Party rooms. You can even choose how long the party lasts, with hire charges now on an hourly basis.

Our most popular parties are Private Hire, when you can have the Playbarn exclusively for your group. These parties can be held from 4pm Monday to Friday and on a Saturday.  Your party will have the use of the 'Haybarn' Play area in the Main Barn, the Tractor Courtyard, Beach Barn and the Gallery eating area. Saturday parties also have the Duck Pond Room with access to the  outdoor Playden.

During normal opening hours share the Playbarn and base your party in one of our excellent party rooms.  The Upstairs Gallery makes the ideal base for the smaller party while the Activity Room can be hired for larger groups, perfect for a family gathering needing extra space for Grandparents and siblings etc.
All these parties can be Self Catering, when you will pay the hourly charge plus a set charge for the adults and children attending. Or Catered, let us take control with our ‘top of the range party’ traditional party food served in the party room by our host who will help the party run smoothly.

If you have a small group then a Picnic Party would be the perfect choice. The birthday food is supplied in individual hampers. The party can be set up in our conservatory area or moved outside to enjoy the sunshine. Picnic Parties are available during our normal opening hours.  

For all parties ( including picnic parties) one adult has free admission with each paying child, extra adults £1
